Bacon Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 package cabbage head shredded*
  • 1/2 pound Spaghetti; (or other long pasta)
  • 1/2 cup cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup for juice, then sliced for garnish
  • 1 can carrot shredded
  • 2 cups your favorite spaghetti or Alfredo sauce (TIPS:2)

Instructions
  1. 1 Heat oven to 325
  2. Cook spaghetti according to desired doneness as directed on package
  3. Drain; rinse with hot water
  4. Place in un-greased 2-quart casserole
  5. 2 In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp
  6. Drain on paper towels
  7. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon drippings from skillet
  8. Stir in onion and green pepper; cook until crisp-tender
  9. 3
  10. Stir into spaghetti Add bacon, tomatoes, and 1 1/2 cups cheese; mix well
  11. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until hot and bubbly 4
  12. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
