Baked Chicken Reuben
  • 4whole savoy or other cabbage
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/8teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 16ounce chicken, cut into pieces
  • 4slices onions, tops only, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2cup pork, cut into pieces
  • 1tablespoon Bisquick baking mix
  1. Place chicken in greased baking pan
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese
  4. Pour dressing evenly over cheese
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees up to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is fork-tender
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
  7. Makes 4-8 servings
