Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • 1 quart garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • butter (just enough to make a nice crumble)
  • 1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup jam (any kind, but preferably homemade blackberry with the seeds in and nothing used but sugar and berries to make the jam)
  • 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • sauce:
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion with tops
  • 1 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese
  • Juice boiling water

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Put the berries into a shallow baking dish (I use a ceramic dish about 2 inches deep and 12-by-12 inches square) and sprinkle them with sugar
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt
  4. Then stir in the milk and melted butter
  5. Using a large spoon, drop this mixture onto the berries and spread it rather roughly, leaving some of the berries exposed
  6. Mis the sauce and dribble it over the pie
  7. Put the pie into the middle of the oven and bake it for an hour
  8. Let cool to room temperature before serving
