  • 2 pounds diced yellow onion
  • 1 14.5 ounce dry Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  • 1 cup large flour tortillas
  • 1 egg, deep-dish pie crust
  • teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons jar of pimentos well drained

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except blue cheese; mix lightly
  2. Shape into 6 individual loaves, making a small hollow on top of each one for cheese
  3. Wrap each, label, date and freeze
  4. About 1½ hours before serving time, remove loaves from freezer and unwrap; place in a pan
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; spoon 1 teaspoon blue cheese into hollow in each loaf
  6. Bake 15 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and loaves are richly browned
  7. Serves 6
  8. Great served with a salad and garlic bread
