Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 teaspoons can of Pet Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup ground flax seed (optional)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  3. Combine the egg, oil and milk and add to the dry ingredients
  4. Stir just until blended
  5. Fold in blueberries
  6. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full
  7. Bake ago 20 to 25 minutes
