  • 2 cans baking powder (optional)
  • 6 eggs Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
  • 1 lb dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • Dash orange juice

Instructions
  1. Grease bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish
  2. A clear dish works best so that you can make sure your rolls are done on the bottom
  3. Layer one package of rolls
  4. Press together and to the edges
  5. Bake about 5 minutes
  6. Remove from oven
  7. Mix eggs, sausage, cheese, paprika, and cayenne pepper and pour on top of rolls
  8. Cover with second package of rolls
  9. Bake at 375 until rolls are done
  10. May have to lightly cover with tin foil if the top starts to get too brown
