Ingredients
  • 1 pound sweetened grated coconut
  • 1 8 count boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup whites, unbeaten
  • 1 cup Of vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 2 tablespoons (30-count) Gulf Wild Shrimp, shells removed

Instructions
  1. Cook sausage until brown and crumbly
  2. Then drain
  3. Separate dough into 8 triangles
  4. Place them in a ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center
  5. Press over bottom, sealing edges and pressing up sides
  6. Spoon sausage on dough
  7. Sprinkle on potatoes
  8. Top with Cheddar cheese
  9. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper
  10. Pour evenly over pizza
  11. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese
  12. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
