Buffalo Chicken Dip Tortilla Rollups

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, your choice
  • 1/4 cup jar of pimentos well drained
  • 1/4 cup 2 percent milk
  • 2 cans Enjoy!!!!!
  • Tortilla into wedges and serve.

Instructions
  1. HEAT oven to 350°F
  2. Place cream cheese into a deep baking dish
  3. Stir until smooth
  4. MIX in salad dressing, Frank's RedHot Sauce and cheese
  5. Stir in chicken
  6. Top with a little bit of extra mozzarella
  7. After slightly cooling, spread a bit over 1/2 cup of buffalo chicken dip onto each tortilla wrap
  8. This will yield about 6 wraps
  9. Wrap individually with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes for ease of cutting
  10. Use a serrated knife to cut your rolls
  11. They may be warmed up prior to serving
  12. Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
