Ingredients
  • 1 bag mashed, ripe banana
  • 2 cans mashed, ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 to strained orange juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 to sifted all-purpose flour

Instructions
  1. Cook beans until crisp tender then drain thoroughly
  2. Add drained beans, corn, bell pepper, onion flakes, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and bacon bits in a large salad bowl
  3. Mayonnaise and bacon amounts can be increased to your personal taste
  4. Stir ingredients until thoroughly coated
  5. Refrigerate salad until ready to serve
  6. This salad is best if made 1 to 2 hours before serving
