  • 1 cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 cup cans tomato sauce 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon egg
  • 1 6 ounce chopped 1 (16 ounce) cottage cheese small curd best
  • 2 cups fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
  1. Cream together butter, sugars and eggs
  2. Mix well
  3. Sift together flour and baking soda
  4. Add flour mixture to creamed ingredients
  5. Add butterscotch chips and crushed potato chips
  6. Roll into ball about one inch in size
  7. Place on greased cookie sheet
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
