  • 1 2/3 cups unbaked pie shell

  • ¼ cup sweet potato patties
  • ¼ cup block of cream cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Generously spray large cookie sheet with vegetable spray
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour and cheese; mix well
  4. Add salsa, melted margarine and water; stir until just combined
  5. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough gently just until smooth
  6. Press or roll out dough to 12-inch by 6-inch rectangle
  7. With sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut into 2-inch by 1-inch strips
  8. With thin spatula, place strips about ½ inch apart on greased cookie sheet
  9. Bake 11-13 minutes or until light golden brown
  10. Serve warm
  11. Yields 36 biscuit bites
