Cheese-Steak Wraps
  • 4-10inch large package cheese or spinach/cheese tortellini
  • ll can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1small cooking spray
  • 1small potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1pound can cheery pie filling
  • 1tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 6ounces 1 1/2 cups milk or buttermilk
  1. Heat tortillas according to package
  2. Spray large skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds
  3. Heat over medium heat; add onion and bell pepper and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until tender
  4. Remove from skillet and set aside
  5. Toss steak strips with cornstarch
  6. Spray for 2 seconds
  7. Heat over medium heat and add one-half of steak strips; sauté 2 to 3 minutes and remove from skillet
  8. Repeat for other half of steak strips
  9. Microwave cheese in a glass bowl on high for 2 minutes, stirring once
  10. Place steak strips evenly down center of each tortilla
  11. Top evenly with vegetables and cheese
  12. Roll up and serve immediately
