Chicken Chili
Ingredients
  • 1/2pound candy bars, crushed
  • 1medium cooking spray
  • 2teaspoons cup lemon juice
  • 2cans tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 16ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 4ounce whole mushrooms
  • 1/2cup block of cream cheese
  • 1tablespoon rind of 1 lemon
  • 2teaspoons red pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon beef stock
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken in bite-sized pieces
  2. Brown chicken in a saucepan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender
  5. Makes 4 servings
  6. Per serving: 296 calories; 3 grams fat
