Ingredients
  • ****** STEP cooked and drained sausage
  • 5 Pound Skinless White chicken breast drained (12.5)
  • 1 Medium Onion, tomato paste (6oz)
  • 2 Medium Carrot, tomato paste (6oz)
  • 3 Stalks Celery, tomato paste (6oz)
  • 3 Whole Bay Leaf
  • 1 Large Lime chicken broth (32 ounce)
  • 6 Peppercorns, sweet corn drained (15.25oz)
  • ****** STEP white chocolate bark
  • 1 Pound Kidney pinto beans drained (15oz) 1 pack taco seasoning
  • ****** STEP dry roasted peanuts
  • 3 Tblsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 Cup Onion honey (1/3 c. plus 2 T.)
  • 3/4 Cup Pepper, chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 Ounces Sausage, 3 medium diced jalapeƱos, seeded)
  • 1 Tblsp Coriander, boullion cube
  • 1 Tblsp Chili crushed 3 dashes Worcestershire
  • ****** STEP petite diced tomatoes drained (14.5)
  • 1 Can yellow onion
  • 4 Ounces Tomato diced green Chiles (2 oz can)
  • 2 Tblsp Vinegar, great northern beans (16 oz cans)
  • 2 Tblsp Pepper, sweet corn drained (15.25oz)

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro, season salt

Instructions
  1. STEP 1: Place chicken, onion, carrots, celery, bay leaves, lime juice, cumin, coriander, black peppercorn (first eight ingredients) in a large heavy pot
  2. Add water just to cover
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
  4. Remove chicken to a bowl
  5. Strain the broth, return it to the pot and reserve
  6. Shred the chicken and reserve
  7. STEP 2: Add the beans to the reserved broth
  8. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 45 minutes, skimming any foam
  9. Drain beans, strain and reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid
  10. STEP 3: Heat oil in a heavy pot over medium low heat
  11. Add onion,jalapenos pepper, and sausage
  12. Cook for about eight minutes or until sausage is almost done
  13. Add coriander, cumin, and chili powder, cooking for about 3 to 4 minutes while stirring
  14. STEP 4: Add tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, molasses, pepper, sugar, and the reserve cup of bean liquid
  15. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes
  16. STEP 5: Add diced fresh tomatoes and cilantro, beans, and chicken
  17. Cook for about 10 minutes longer
