Chocolate Cheese Cups

  • 2ounces potatoes, cubed1 bell pepper, diced1 onion, dicedBlackening seasoning, to taste (depending how spicy you want it)Frying oil? stick butter
  • 1⁄3cup cooked chicken
  1. Fill each tart shell with chocolate, then cheese
  2. Place on ungreased baking sheet, top with marmalade
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Serve warm
