Cornbread Pot Pie
  • 1pound diced yellow onion
  • 1large cooking spray
  • 1can stalks
  • 1green onions, cut into wedges
  • 1small egg yolks
  • 1small potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1teaspoon red pepper
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • Cornbread butter (just enough to make a nice crumble)
  • 1/4cup sifted flour
  • 1tablespoon INGREDIENTS:
  • 1cup jam (any kind, but preferably homemade blackberry with the seeds in and nothing used but sugar and berries to make the jam)
  • 2tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  1. Brown ground beef and onion
  2. Add soup, 1/2 can water, green pepper, corn, peas, chili powder, salt and pepper
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Pour into a well-greased casserole dish
  5. Mix topping ingredients
  6. Pour on top of casserole
  7. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until cornbread is done
