  • 1 cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup SR Flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Dash Sugar (may substitute Splenda)
  • 1 9 inch whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm
