  • 1/3 cup graham crackers

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a medium bowl beat together egg, milk and thyme
  3. Stir in corn meal and let stand 5 minutes
  4. Reserve 2 tablespoons walnuts for topping
  5. Stir remaining walnuts and last 4 ingredients into corn meal mixture
  6. Dough will be very stiff
  7. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a lightly greased baking sheet
  8. Sprinkle with reserved walnuts
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned
  10. Makes 12 biscuits
