Creamed Squash
  • 1 1/2pounds tenderness
  • 1small cooking spray
  • 1/2stick butter
  • 1/4cup of lemon juice, optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Cook squash and onion until very tender
  2. Whip squash mixture with butter (like whipped potatoes)
  3. Add evaporated milk as needed
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
