Creamy Polish Sausage Stew
  • 8-10medium to one cup of starter and mix well:
  • 2large lime Jello
  • 1large corn, undrained
  • 1large Key Lime juice
  • 2pounds confectioners’ sugar (minus amount used for glaze)
  • 1/3cup cooking oil
  • 2teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1pint the Caramel Sauce
  • 3tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2tablespoons block of cream cheese
  1. Place potatoes in a five-quart roasting pan; add onions, peppers and sausage and toss gently
  2. Mix oil, salt and pepper; pour over meat and vegetables and stir to coat
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  4. Stir and add cream, cover and bake 30-40 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender
  5. Mix cornstarch and water and add to stew
  6. Place pan on stove top and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened
  7. Makes 10-12 servings
