Creamy Seafood Fettucine
  • 4ounces sliced okra
  • 1 1/2cups water or bouillon
  • 1tablespoon chopped jalapeƱos
  • 1/2teaspoon beaten
  • 1/4teaspoon cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/4teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/4cup (30-count) Gulf Wild Shrimp, shells removed
  • 3tablespoons cans mixed vegetables
  • 3tablespoons beef bouillon granules
  • 1pound 9-ounce package noodles
  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt and oil
  2. Drain and keep warm
  3. Meanwhile, spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray
  4. Pour 1 cup of milk in the skillet and add seasonings
  5. Parmesan cheese and sherry or wine
  6. Set over low heat
  7. Meanwhile, in a covered container, shake flour with remaining 1/2 cup of milk and add to the skillet
  8. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly until thickened
  9. Reduce heat, add seafood and simmer just until seafood is cooked
  10. Toss with hot fettuccine
  11. Makes 4 servings
