Crockpot Spinach Casserole
  • 2 10ounce vegetable oil3 pounds boneless chuck cut into 2-inch cubes7 tablespoons butter3 large onions, peeled and sliced thin3 tablespoons flour1 ? cups beef stock<br
  1. Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl
  2. Pour into greased crockpot
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour
  4. Turn down to Low and cook for 4-5 hours
