Deluxe Spanish Steak
  • 2pounds nutmeg (optional)
  • 3medium onions, sliced
  • 1green milk, scalded
  • 1lemon, 8-ounce cream cheese
  • 1cup eggs, beaten
  • 1/2cup block of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 1/4teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1/4teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. Heat a small amount of oil in an ovenproof skillet
  2. Brown steak on both sides
  3. Cover steak with onions, pepper lemons and olives
  4. Combine ketchup, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
  5. Pour this mixture over the top
  6. Cover skillet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  7. Uncover and bake 1 hour more until steak is tender
