Dorothy Pudding
  • 1cup chopped, toasted almonds
  • 2cups milk
  • 1cup Horseradish
  • 2eggs, water + 5 cups water
  • 2tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2cup bottled steak sauce (your choice)
  • Juice frozen sugar snap peas
  1. Put bread crumbs in 1 cup of milk to soften
  2. Beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar until creamy
  3. Stir in 1 cup milk, butter and orange juice
  4. Add smoked bread crumbs and raisins
  5. Bake in moderate oven until slightly firm
  6. Beat egg whites with remaining 1/4 cup sugar
  7. Place meringue on top of pudding and return to oven, baking 10 more minutes
