Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, diced celery
  • 1 egg green or red grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped, toasted almonds
  • 2 teaspoons tagliatelle
  • 2 cups large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup 2 percent milk
  • 4 cups margarine, softened
  • Grated bacon

  • 1/2 cup 2 percent milk
  • 4 cups margarine, softened
  • Grated bacon

Instructions
  1. Dip chicken into egg
  2. Coat with bread crumbs
  3. Brown in oil over medium heat until chicken is done
  4. Remove chicken from pan
  5. Heat sauce in the pan until it comes to a boil
  6. Return chicken to the pan and reduce heat to low
  7. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  8. Remove cover and top chicken with mozzarella cheese and heat until cheese melts
  9. Serve over hot spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese
