Ingredients
  • 1  14.5 ounce bacon grease drippings
  • 1  14.5 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1  15 ounce cooked and crumbled, reserve the drippings
  • 1 cooked skin, yellow flesh potatoes boiled
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard mixed with water according to directions
  • 1  14 ounce eggs, separate the yolk and dice the whites

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except spinach in a kettle
  2. Bring to a boil; then simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add spinach and simmer 5 more minutes
  4. Serve in 4 large bowls
  5. Top with a dollop of sour cream, if desired
  6. Nice with a side of cornbread
