  • 2 pounds unflavored gelatin
  • 1 large red candied cherries (cut in half)
  • 1 large 4 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon beef stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon beaten

Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a large covered dish
  2. Marinate overnight
  3. About 10 minutes before you're ready to cook, pour into a colander to drain
  4. Heat a large iron skillet with cooking spray
  5. Fajitas should sizzle when placed in skillet
  6. Stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is done
  7. Serve fajitas in hot flour tortillas with a selection of toppings including: grated cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, refried beans and guacamole
