Ingredients
  • 2 jars of cream cheeseĀ at room temperature
  • 4 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tablespoon of hickory smoked breakfast bacon
  • 1 teaspoon Toast
  • optional: onions chopped finely

Instructions
  1. Drain pickles in a colander and discard juice
  2. Put drained pickles in a large bowl, mix in the sugar and pepper mixture
  3. Cover and let stand 2 hours, stirring occasionally
  4. Spoon pickles & liquid into 3 pint-size jars adding garlic clove to each jar (if desired)
  5. Put lid on and refrigerate for 1 week
  6. Sweet & spicy pickles-great on a sandwich or all by themselves as a snack
  7. They are hot, sweet & crisp!
