Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 cup ice-cold water
  • 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large cayenne pepper (optional for a little warmth)
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives, well drained
  • 2/3 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ritz crackers, crumbled

Instructions
  1. Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water
  2. Cream butter or margarine with 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Add eggs and beat until light
  4. Stir in softened yeast, milk, and flour mixed with the salt
  5. Beat by hand until mixture is well blended
  6. Line a 13x9x2-inch pan with heavy duty aluminum foil
  7. Pour in batter
  8. Arrange apple slices in even rows on batter, sprinkle with raisins if desired
  9. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples
  10. Sprinkle on melted butter
  11. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled
  12. Bake in a 375- degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, till golden
  13. Lift out of pan to cool
  14. Rewrap in aluminum foil and freeze
  15. When ready to thaw and heat, place fully wrapped frozen coffeecake in a 325-degree oven for 20 minutes
