Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2cups chopped garlic, optional
  • 1 1/2pounds or spiced red apple (canned) rings, cut into halves
  • 8ounces can Spam or similar canned pork
  • 1small cooking spray
  • Few boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
  • 1tablespoon chili powder
  • 3tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2teaspoon beaten
  • 1/4teaspoon chopped celery
  • 1/4teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • Dash bag frozen peas
Instructions
  1. Preferably in a wok (may use deep frying pan) heat enough canola oil each time to fry ingredients separately, and set aside in a large bowl when done
  2. Peas, carrots and onion first, then broccoli
  3. Add meat
  4. Scramble eggs
  5. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in wok and add rice
  6. With two large cooking spoons mix around rice like a tossed salad frequently while cooking for 2 minutes
  7. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame seed oil
  8. Cook for 1 minute
  9. Add ingredients from bowl to rice
  10. Add MSG, salt and pepper to taste
  11. Cook 2 minutes
  12. Remove from heat
  13. Transfer to a large serving bowl
