Fried Turkey
  • 12-to to broth:
  • 1package and green peppers, optional
  • 1tablespoon salt
  • 1teaspoon beaten
  • 2tablespoons Cool-Whip
  • Oil of HONEY and 1 Cup of Water
  • 1teaspoon Topping:
  • 1stick butter, melted
  • 1tablespoons Ranch dry season mix
  • 1teaspoon vinegar
  • 2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients; wash turkey and inject all over with seasoning using meat injector
  2. Leave in refrigerator overnight to marinate
  3. Remove turkey from refrigerator and let reach room temperature
  4. In a large pot with enough oil for deep frying, bring oil to 325 degrees
  5. Place turkey in oil and cook for four minutes per pound, keeping temperature at 325 degrees
  6. Remove, carve and serve
