  • self-rising flour

Instructions
  1. Combine cranberry juice and milk in a large bowl
  2. Add cubed venison to the liquid mixture and let soak for about one hour
  3. Remove venison and dredge in self-rising flour
  4. Place floured venison in a skillet with hot vegetable oil and fry on both sides
  5. Salt and pepper to taste as venison cooks
  6. Cook's note: This recipe was my Daddy's who loved to deer hunt even until the age of his early eighties!
