Friendship Fruit Mixture

  • 2 1/2cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2cups cooked, drained spinach
  • 1 16ounce jalapeƱo

  • 2cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 16ounce unseasoned dry bread crumbs

  • 2cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 16ounce chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 10ounce or raisins, to taste
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  1. 1st Day Mix: Stir together and cover in large container
  2. Stir every day
  3. 10th Day: Stir every day 20th Day: stir every day 30th Day: Drain fruit and reserve juice
  4. Divided juice into 1 1/2 cups portions
  5. Place in tight containers and give to friends with the cake recipe as soon as possible
  6. Starter is good if used within 5 days
  7. Divide fruit into thirds
  8. Makes 3 cakes or you can use fruit as a topping for ice cream
  9. Not: During the 30 day period none of the recipe should be refrigerated
  10. Place fruit in a covered container at room temperature
  11. Fruit may bubble and lid may pop off
  12. This is okay but you may want to cover with a towel
  13. Cake can be frozen but fruit juice cannot
