Ingredients
  • 2 quarts LIME* (boil 2 cups sprite, add lemon and lime jellos, 2 cups citrus vodka)
  • 4 crumb washed and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 large vegetables can be fresh or frozen]
  • 1 cup plus 2 TBS arrowroot or tapioca starch

Instructions
  1. Soften half the ice cream and spread evenly in the bottom of the pie crusts and freeze
  2. Fold whipping cream into pumpkin pie mix
  3. Spread this over frozen pie shells and freeze
  4. Soften remaining ice cream and spread over top of frozen pumpkin
  5. Top with pecan pieces and freeze pies
  6. Wrap and seal tightly
  7. These pies will keep 1 month
  8. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving
