Ingredients
  • 1 Cup container cherry or grape tomatoes (about 12 oz), halved
  • 3 Large Eggs, dark crab meat
  • 3 Cups chopped dates
  • 1 Tsp. egg
  • 1 Tsp. 3 Carrots (depending on size & your preference), sliced
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 5 Cups box of tri-color Pasta
  • 5 Cups Tomato, Fresh, Diced
  • 2 Tblsp Liquor (optional)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Cream sugar and butter
  3. Add flour, well beaten eggs, baking soda, and cinnamon
  4. Add liquor(optional) alternating with milk
  5. Add chopped fruit and nuts
  6. Mix thoroughly
  7. Drop by teaspoon onto well greased cookie sheet and bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Cool
  9. Store in air tight container
  10. NOTE:Amount of chopped nuts and/or assorted candies fruit may be increased or decreased to suit your taste
