Ingredients
  • 2 pounds jar Alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1-2 tablespoons ready-to-use coconut/pecan frosting
  • Real refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Chopped biscuits, thawed

Instructions
  1. Wash and quarter the potatoes
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place potatoes in an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice
  4. Pour over the potatoes and stir to coat
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes
  6. Bake covered for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender
  7. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden in color
  8. Optional: Sprinkle top with bacon bits and green onions before serving and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired
