Since we try to eat healthy as much as we can, I ventured out to combine the reminiscent comfort of a gingerbread loaf with the easy convenience of bar cookies to create a healthy holiday recipe for us to enjoy with smart ingredients that are sugar-free, gluten free, egg-free, and dairy-free.
