Ingredients
  • The nuts
  • Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Field Shoe Peg White Corn (since this is expensive, I sometimes substitute 2 cans Lilly white whole kernel corn)
  • Corn Rotini (we use tri-color pasta)
  • Potatoes Salad Supreme
  • Okra or Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Onions Italian Dressing
  • Salt cayenne pepper, optional
  • 2 cup real butter
  • 2 carrots Oatmeal (uncooked)

Instructions
  1. Instructions: first get a big pot and put tomatoes and water to boil
  2. Then wash and dice vegetables
  3. Add vegetables to the pot, but put the okra in last
  4. Cook until all vegetable are tender
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Last let it cool, dip and serve Tasted best with corn bread!
