Ingredients
  • 1 pound sherry
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tablespoons onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 slices onion soup mix

  • 1 pound sherry

Instructions
  1. Cook beans in boiling, salted water until tender then drain
  2. Sauté onion in butter
  3. Blend in flour, sugar, parsley and milk
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and comes to a boil
  5. Stir in vinegar
  6. Add beans and sour cream
  7. Stir over low heat until heated
  8. Top with crumbled bacon
