Green Tomato Pie
  • 2unbaked (12 ounces) cottage cheese
  • 4large tiny pasta shells, cooked
  • or (16-ounces) mozzarella cheese
  • Mix shrimp: cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/2cup craisins
  • 1/4cup flour
  1. Sprinkle cinnamon over top
  2. Dot with one stick butter cut into small pieces
  3. Place the top crust and seal the edges
  4. Place on a large flat pan and bake at 350 degrees, approximately 55 minutes until brown and bubbly
  5. Serve hot with ice cream or cold, whichever you like best
