Herb Potatoes and Turkey Sausage
  • 3/4pound scalloped potatoes or 1 ½ to 2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2pounds pack sliced pepperoni
  • 1cup oregano leaves
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1/2teaspoon scalded eggnog
  • 1/8teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  1. Cook sausage on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink
  2. Remove and drain
  3. Wipe skillet with paper towels but do not wash
  4. Add onions and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Gently stir in cooked sausage and remaining ingredients
  6. Heat to a boil
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover tightly and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally just until potatoes are tender
  8. Remove from heat, gently stir mixture
  9. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend and light sauce to form
