Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons tagliatelle
  • 3/4 cup block of cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups chopped dates
  • 1 package frozen chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • PIZZA sauce:
  • 1 Can flavored bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon tagliatelle
  • 2 cloves drained and rinsed dark red kidney beans (from one 15-ounce can)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounce (3.4 oz.) JELL-O french vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1/2 pound more cups of water (for cooking chicken)
  • of chicken breasts
  • Canadian bacon
  • sautéed onions
  • sweet cooked chicken (I use the frozen Southwestern Tyson strips)
  • dry white wine
  • 1 cup Sure Jell
  • 1/4 cup of butter or margarine

Instructions
  1. CRUST DIRECTIONS Coat a large, round, non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons oil
  2. Mix the other 1 tablespoon with water
  3. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in food processor, pulsing 4 or 5 times
  4. Add water-oil mixture and process on low about 3 or 4 minutes until smooth and forming a ball
  5. Transfer to oiled pan
  6. Pat into a 10 inch circle, turning to coat with oil
  7. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours
  8. Uncover and pat out to side and let rise 45 minutes more
  9. PIZZA SAUCE DIRECTIONS Mix and process in food processor until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes
  10. BAKING DIRECTIONS Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
  11. Bake crust 5 minutes
  12. remove from oven
  13. Using only half the sauce, (other half may be frozen and used later!) spread it on crust evenly
  14. Top with desired toppings such as 1/2 pound cooked and drained sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and sautéed onions, sweet peppers and mushrooms
  15. Top this with 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan
  16. Bake 15 minutes more
  17. Remove from pan to a flat surface to cut
