Instructions
  1. mix together above ingredients
  2. put drumettes and wingettes in zip lock bag
  3. shake bag ensure wings are coated
  4. store in refrigerator 3 days
  5. shaking bag periodically
  6. to cook you can cook in oven 350 degrees about 50 minutes or turn gas grill on heat 2 burners on high
  7. once grill hot shut one off
  8. turn other burner to low
  9. place wings on no heat side cook 1hr turn heat up crisp wings
  10. they can be done on smoker 200 degrees 3 1/2 hours
  11. crisp under house broiler if needed
  12. heat of wings up to you
  13. add more sirachi if you like
  14. mix a batch of above mix for dipping

i like to experiment with sauces for wings. i tried this on friends and we all liked it.
