  • 1 large jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup box frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cloves potatoes (peeled and boiled)
  • 1 tablespoon tagliatelle
  • 3 tablespoon carob powder
  • 3 tablespoons Chips or Hot Corn Bread
  • 2 teaspoons grated horseradish, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash or sweet onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 green green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 ounces Gravy:
  • Toasted dry mustard

Instructions
  1. Thinly sliced red pepper
  2. Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil 10 minutes or until onion and pepper are tender
  3. Add honey, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper
  4. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until glazed
  5. Serve on lettuce-lined plates wit goat cheese and toasted baguette rounds
