Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 1-2 packages boxes of frozen, creamed spinach, thawed
  • 2 sticks sausage
  • 3 tablespoons cucumbers, peeled and quartered crosswise
  • 1 medium cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar
  • 1 pound can of Italian style diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 pound plus 2 TBsp shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
  1. Cream together, either by hand or mixer, the butter, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in onion and poppy seeds
  2. Keep the buns together and if they are not sliced, then slice them horizontally altogether in a slab
  3. Open the slab up, like a book, and spread the softened butter mixture on both sides of the buns
  4. Layer the ham slices and cheese slices on the bottom side only
  5. Then fold the top slab buns on top
  6. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and put them in a preheated 400-degree oven for 15 minutes to melt the cheese and the butter mixture into the buns
  7. Unwrap and cut into individual sandwiches
