Hot Ham Salad
Ingredients
  • 2cups low-fat granola
  • 2cups Rotel tomatoes
  • 1cup rosemary
  • 3/4cup shells, unbaked
  • 1/4cup nectarines, sliced
  • 1/2cup carton whipped cream
  • 1/4cup can crushed pineapple, undrained
Instructions
  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons pecans and 2 tablespoons cheese
  2. Mix all ingredients until well blended
  3. Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish
  4. Sprinkle reserved nuts and cheese on top
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
