Ingredients
  • 1 1/ c. any ground meat
  • 1 1/2 c. can cream corn
  • 1 1/2-2 c. package frozen leaf spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 c. rotisserie chicken; strip off meat and dice to make 2½ cups.
  • 1-2 cans can Great Northern white beans, drained and rinsed.
  • shredded herbes de provence. (Don’t skip.)

Instructions
  1. Boil chicken in water until cooked through
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Chop chicken
  4. Slice squash & zucchini
  5. Place chicken & all vegetables in 9x13 baking dish; toss
  6. Pour pasta sauce over it almost to cover
  7. Cook 20 min
  8. or until desired consistency is reached
  9. Cover with cheese; cook until melted
  10. Serve
