Jolly Reindeer Cookies
  • 1cup tomatoes, cut into 3/4 inch slices
  • 2tablespoons salted butter
  • 1teaspoon grated cheese
  • 12 (2 1/2inch) cooked or canned pumpkin
  • 24sem-sweet package (2 cups) butterscotch morsels
  • 12red light or fat-free sausage, browned and drained
  • 12miniature of wheat bread, cubed
  1. Combine first three ingredients and stir well; set frosting aside
  2. Cut graham crackers in half diagonally wit ha serrated knife, using a sawing motion
  3. Spread a small amount of frosting over one side of half of the crackers, top with remaining cracker halves, forming triangles for reindeer faces
  4. Spread a small amount of frosting to cover tops of crackers
  5. make faces: Press two chocolate morsels into each for eyes, one cinnamon candy for a nose and add two pretzel halves one for antlers
  6. Let dry on wire rack
