Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cup Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 teaspoon of Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup of sliced deli ham
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked rotini pasta
  • 3/4 cup of sliced Swiss cheese
  • dash salt
  • 3 tablespoons mashed avocado

Instructions
  1. In Mom's own words as only she can tell it
  2. It's called "Green Envelope" because she wrote the recipe for me on a green envelope
  3. Combine sugar and shortening
  4. Beat until combined then add eggs, one at a time
  5. Combine flour soda and salt
  6. Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk
  7. Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans
  8. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  9. Makes 2 round layers
  10. For icing combine sugar milk salt and cocoa
  11. Boil for 3 minutes and not a second longer
  12. You can use a toothpick and make small holes on cake
  13. Then pour warm icing on top of first layer, place second layer on top of first and pour remaining icing
  14. Good with a drop of ice cream on top
  15. Enjoy!
