Meat Ball Casserole
  • 2pounds diced yellow onion
  • 4large toasted breadcrumbs
  • 1/2pound nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1small onion
  • Salt
  • Ranch dry season mix
  • 1cup ice cream salt
  • 1cup block of cream cheese
  • flour
  • 2tablespoons oil
  1. Shape ground beef into meat balls and roll in flour
  2. Cook meat balls in two tablespoons oil until brown
  3. Remove meat balls and add 3 tablespoons flour to oil
  4. Stir until slightly brown
  5. Add tomato juice and water
  6. Place meatballs, sliced potatoes, sliced carrots and onion into large casserole
  7. Pour gravy over this
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until carrots and potatoes are done
